By accessing tccgja.com and purchasing any product offered by The Crowned Confidence Guide, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or make a purchase.

The Crowned Confidence Guide offers the following products: a digital eBook, an audiobook, a physical printed copy, and bundle combinations thereof. Upon successful purchase:
- Digital products (eBook and Audiobook) grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content through your account on tccgja.com.
- Physical copies are fulfilled on demand and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
- Access credentials for digital products are delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
3. Licence and Intellectual Property
All content within The Crowned Confidence Guide, including but not limited to text, images, layout, and audio, is the intellectual property of T'Dane Gordon and The Crowned Confidence Guide. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to read and listen to the content for your own use only. You may not:
- Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the content in any form
- Share your login credentials with any other person
- Screenshot, record, or otherwise copy the digital content for distribution
- Use the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once access has been granted. If you have not yet accessed your digital content and wish to request a refund, please contact us at contact@tccgja.com within 48 hours of purchase. Physical copy refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
